Tony Sandelius is the Strategic, Development & Innovation manager of the INGKA Group, the

largest franchisee to operate under the IKEA brand. As the world’s largest home furnishing

retailer, the INGKA Group owns and operates 358 stores in 30 countries under franchise

agreements with Inter IKEA Systems B.V.

Tony started his career at IKEA in 2000 as Business Developer. Over the years, he held

different roles which includes Business Leader, Development Manager, New Business &

Innovation Manager, Range & Product Development Manager at the IKEA of Sweden AB,

until he took on his current role and responsibilities in January 2021.

He holds a Product Development & Production Economy from the Jönköping/Nässjö

University in Sweden.
