Aarthi Belani’s Bio

Aarthi Belani focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and social enterprise and impact investment. She also advised on U.S. legal, regulatory, and compliance matters such as the Volcker Rule and the Advisers Act. In addition, Aarthi was a member of the Sustainability Network, a Credit Suisse OneBank (cross-divisional) initiative to develop impact investment products, and served as a compliance officer for asset management alternative investments businesses, including venture capital, private equity funds and funds-of-funds, and asset management joint ventures in emerging markets, frontier markets, and infrastructure.
