At MicroHarvest, we are pioneering better protein production through natural fermentation. We produce high-quality protein in just 24 hours—faster than any other method. Like brewing beer or making yogurt, we use microorganisms, nature’s most efficient protein factories, to create tasty, healthy, and sustainable protein at scale.
