By 2050, our society will need more sustainable solutions to feed and power 10 billion people. Kiverdi was founded with a mission to commercialize sustainable resource utilization solutions by transforming carbon to make high-value oils, complete proteins, and other bio-based products. Kiverdi's NASA-inspired technology uses microorganisms to transform carbon dioxide, along with other simple mineral nutrients and gases, into raw materials for everyday products, such as food ingredients, clothing, personal care items, and industrial goods. Kiverdi's technology uses 10,000 times less land and 2,000 times less water than current agricultural practices to produce the same proteins and oils. The Kiverdi biotechnology platform is bridging the gap between sustainability and profitability, enabling a future of abundance.
