At MicroHarvest, we are pioneering better protein production through natural fermentation. We produce high-quality protein in just 24 hours—faster than any other method. Like brewing beer or making yogurt, we use microorganisms, nature’s most efficient protein factories, to create tasty, healthy, and sustainable protein at scale. Independent of soil quality or climate, our process runs 24/7 anywhere in the world, requiring only a fraction of the water and land while cutting CO₂ emissions by over 95%.
