Massive Mobility is building a reliable charging infrastructure across India for electric scooters, motorcycles, rickshaws, and other vehicles. Their system consists of the physical charging nodes, which can be deployed for both public and private residential applications, and a deep tech platform called the Massive Charging Cloud, which enables real-time discovery and bookings for end-users as well as data monitoring for the company’s customers. The Massive Charging Node is a universal AC charger with a rated power output of 3.3kw, allowing for a full charge in 60 minutes. All their chargers have IoT capabilities, allowing them to collect real-time data and send it back to their Charging Cloud. The company’s tech platform, which is accessible through a mobile app, sets Massive Mobility apart, promoting a frictionless charging experience for users. The platform allows for advance bookings of charging stations, integrated payment systems, and power monitoring to avoid battery damage. Massive Mobility currently has 150 chargers deployed in over 50 locations across Delhi and is contracted to deploy at least another 50,000 over the next two years.

Notable Achievements

  • Launched their flagship Massive Charging Node product in August 2021, with 150 nodes already deployed
  • Closed $10M Series A round, allowing Massive Mobility to depoy 40,000 charging nodes
