Backed by a proprietary wild-species seed library and precision breeding platform, NuCicer develops all-natural chickpeas with ultra-high protein and low fat. These nutrient-dense chickpea varieties enable brands to improve flavor and texture while replacing heavily processed protein isolates with high-protein chickpea flour and simply milled protein ingredients.
