Sylvatex (SVX) is transitioning the world’s energy systems through foundational manufacturing improvements impacting our zero-emission electric future. SVX is an advanced manufacturing technology company future-proofing the production of the largest cost and carbon footprint driver in EV batteries, the cathode. We have developed and scaled a next-generation cathode manufacturing process that adds optionality to composition of material and broadens the range of critical material inputs with lower cost, lower capital needs, and a lower carbon footprint. SVX can make a gigaton-scale impact over the next decade and is going to change the game for electric vehicle and energy storage system materials.

Notable Achievements

  • Signed LOI with one of the largest EV manufacturers to de-risk production and reduce costs.
  • Closed Series A in Q3 2022 with $8.4M in funding.
  • A focus on non-dilutive funding and partnerships has de-risked capital investments. Awarded $10M+ in grant funding to date.
