Re:Coded is founded on the ideal that young people affected by war and conflict should have an equal opportunity to enter the digital economy. Its transformative learning approach in web development, UX/UI and graphic design, equips their fellows with skill-sets that enable them to transcend geographic boundaries and participate in the digital economy. Beyond training, the company seeks to empower conflict-affected youth to progress professionally and become leaders in their communities. It is also looking to tackle the digital inequality divide at a systemic level, by building its own pedagogy and learning model. As war-shattered economies start to get back on their feet, Re:Coded trains, equips, and prioritizes the generation that will drive these countries forward in the Future of Work.
