Designing revolutionary sustainable packaging solutions for the circular economy
The Better Packaging Co. (BPCo) develops sustainable, customized packaging to support eCommerce and retail. BPCo's solutions consider the complete lifecycle impact of a product from raw material sourcing, right through to end-of-life disposal. They believe in a circular economy where generating waste is not an option and the earth’s resources are not treated as infinite.
BPCo's core products include padded mailers, courier satchels, garment bags, and thermal labels, and their SKUs span different categories such as compostable, recyclable, reusable, plant-based, and waste-based. BPCo has just launched the first mailer made from 100% Ocean Bound Plastic waste and in the future, they plan to make the whole bag (including seals) to be made from pollution. The Better Packaging Co. is a BCorp, a member of The Australasian Bioplastics Association, The Australian Packaging Covenant, The NZ Packaging Forum, and a founding signatory to the Ellen MacArthur New Plastics Pact.
