Meat the Next is a Hong Kong-based impact food-tech venture using diet change to fight climate change and advance global wellness. It develops sustainable alternative proteins through regenerative agriculture and patented food-processing technology, exploring drought-resistant tiger nuts in dairy-free applications to combat desertification. Its hero product, TIGA MILK, is the world's first tiger nut-based combo-formulation plant milk, blending tiger nut, oat, and non-GMO soy for a complete amino acid profile and prebiotic fiber.

Notable Achievements

  • Sold through 5,000 retail channels in Hong Kong, reaching over one million customers.
  • Two patents granted, three pending; Gold Award at the Geneva Invention Awards.
  • Preserved 15,000 acres of desert into farmable land for 3 years of effort with sustainable proteins.
