Edmund Chan is the co-founder of Meat the Next, a Superfood Technology impact venture that invented TIGA MILK to use diet change to deal with climate change. He brings 18+ years of experience in the food industry. His work features Geneva-award-winning AgriTech and BioTech innovations, and has led to the commercialization of TIGA MILK. His venture also contributes to sustainability, desertification prevention, and poverty alleviation in China. These efforts are driven by "new quality productive forces" and youth empowerment through social and community programs.
