Re:Coded is founded on the ideal that ning approach in web development, UX/UI and graphic design, equips their fellows with skill-sets that enable them to transcend geographic boundaries and participate in the digital economy. Beyond training, the company seeks to empower conflict-affected youth to progress professionally and become leaders in their communities. It is also looking to tackle the digital inequality divide at a systemic level, by building its own pedagogy and learning model. As war-shattered economies start to get back on their feet, Re:Coded trains, equips, and prioritizes the generation that will drive these countries forward in the Future of Work.
