Re:Dish is on a mission to reduce waste by providing the infrastructure and software to enable reuse at scale. Re:Dish applies this backend to third party reusable companies in need of tracking and washing as well as to its own dishware-as-a-service program. Re:Dish's turnkey, reusable dish/cup service is tackling the 1 trillion single use food service packaging items used in the US every year by replacing single use with reusables, and the service to collect and wash them daily.. With DishTrack®, its inventory and impact dashboard, Re:Dish clients are able to track their landfill waste diversion, carbon emissions savings, and water reduction, feeding directly into customer's Scope 3 ESG reporting. Re:Dish services corporate cafeterias and pantries, arenas, K-12 schools and universities, hospitals, production sets – anywhere food is served at scale.
