There are 26,000 acres of ocean space located in federal waters on the San Pedro Shelf that are ideal for growing massive amounts of regenerative Giant kelp(KELP), which is the fastest growing organism on the planet. KELP biomass has the potential to be economically converted in to renewable biofuels for fueling the future and regenerating the ocean.

The Company is being formed to complete the commercialization cycle for KELP conversion into bioethanol and other renewable biofuels employing advanced bioengineering technologies for establishing end-user applications and distribution markets.
