Please join us from Friday, 16 May to Sunday, 18 May 2025 for the Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific Exclusive Forum, held at the beautiful Batu Batu Resort on Pulau Tengah in the Mersing District of Johor, Malaysia.

Throughout the event, you will meet leaders of growth-stage ventures that were handpicked for their promise of addressing key environmental issues while creating the jobs of tomorrow.

As a guest, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our cohort of innovators of scalable and impactful businesses while experiencing the unique vibrance of an Unreasonable-run program. You will be amongst a group of leaders from top-tier venture funds, private equity institutions, family offices, and foundations who were selected to meet our entrepreneurs in an intimate and relaxed setting.

We invite you to join us the evening of Friday, 16 May, providing you with time to settle in and connect with the entrepreneurs and other guests before Exclusive Forum programming begins Saturday morning. Please check back closer to the event for specific timing.

The main gathering on Saturday includes meeting and learning about our cohort of ventures and will continue through the evening with a drinks reception and dinner. On Saturday evening, you will have the opportunity to join Fireside Chats after dinner to hear the stories of our brilliant entrepreneurs and enjoy additional networking with the community. What are the costs?

There is no cost for attendance.

How do I get to Batu Batu?

The island is accessible via Batu Batu's private speedboat departing from Mersing, Johor, Malaysia, which is approximately a 2.5 - 3.5 hour drive from Singapore. In favorable weather conditions, the speedboat journey from Mersing to Pulau Tengah takes about twenty minutes, though it can last up to forty minutes.

We will be providing ground transportation from a pick-up point in Central Singapore to Mersing to ensure your journey is comfortable and seamless. A logistics email will be sent closer to your program participation date with final details and timing.

Are food and drink provided?

Light snacks will be provided throughout the day. Lunch on both days, a private drinks reception and seated dinner, as well as breakfast the next day, are included as part of the event.

The cohort of participating growth stage ventures are for-profit businesses based in Asia Pacific with solutions that seek to address pressing environmental and social challenges, aiming to reduce environmental risks, ecological scarcities, and promote sustainable development. The ventures have each been hand picked by our Portfolio Selection Team based on their impact, scalability, tech viability and team.
