Agam Khare is the Founder and Group CEO of Absolute, a frontier bioscience company working at the convergence of biology, AI and engineering across Agriculture, Longevity & Therapeutics.
Before founding Absolute, Agam ran an industrial robotics and factory-automation business serving industries including pharmaceuticals, automotive, food & beverage, oil & gas, steel and cement. Earlier in his career, he worked closely with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India and renowned scientist, on moonshot innovations aimed at addressing life on earth & in space.
Agam has been invited by the Nobel Sustainability Trust to serve on Nobel Sustainability Prize 2026 committee. He also served on the Scientific Advisory Council of the Tata Transformation Prize, an initiative of Tata Sons and the New York Academy of Sciences. Agam & his ecosystem regeneration initiatives were featured in an award winning movie - Groundswell which premiered at Cannes Film Festival in 2026 & won the Golden Globe awards. Movie was narrated by Demi Moore & Woody Harrelson.
Agam has been a speaker at MIT Boston, John Hopkins, Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College, COP26, World Government Summitt in UAE, TRT World Forum in Turkey & to leadership teams of Unilever, Mitsubishi, L'oreal, PetroChina, Microsoft & Panasonic on Frontier Ideas shaping Human Future.
He was also advises the Chairman & CXOs of several billion-dollar legacy companies worldwide in business transformation. Agam is a part of YIPP, Young India Philanthropic Pledge, where he has pledged 25% of his wealth towards philanthropic causes. Agam actively supports initiatives across Undeprivileged kids education & sanitation in India; land & water restoration projects in India & Africa & Conservation of Ancient Indian Scripts & Medicines.
