Ailish leads global strategic programmes that aim to grow and connect Accenture's innovation ecosystem. Based in Accenture's global Innovation hub - the Dock, Ailish is currently leading the Unreasonable CHANGE programme for Accenture in collaboration with partners at Unreasonable.

 

Ailish is driven by an interest in people, their stories and the forces that shape their identities and experiences. Since joining Accenture, Ailish has worked in the area of talent and organisation, first as a part of Accenture's management consulting practice, and most recently as a part of the strategy and consulting innovation team. She has developed deep expertise in building and shaping innovation culture and capabilities within large corporations. Her work in the area of talent has focused on understanding what motivates innovators, and how to build a culture that allows this talent to thrive, unlocking new forms of enterprise value in the process.

 

Prior to joining Accenture, Ailish completed a PhD in modern history, digging deep into the lived experience, identities and influence of European medical missionaries working in remote parts of Africa during the colonial and post-colonial period.
