As a Portfolio Manager for Asia Pacific at Unreasonable, she orchestrates strategic partnerships that empower entrepreneurs to access both social and financial capital, helping them build businesses that address the world’s most pressing challenges.

Her work spans into the creative realm, where she is actively involved in DJs4CA, a global movement of DJs using music to inspire climate action. You can hear some of her mixes here! With a deep curiosity and a growing interest in Effective Altruism, Akanksha is constantly learning and seeking new ways to amplify her impact on the world.

Lately, she’s been diving into existentialism, finding inspiration in the works of Jean-Paul Sartre. “Existence precedes essence” has particularly captivated her, and she’s always up for a deep conversation about the meaning of life and how we can create meaning off our own accord.

Outside of work, Akanksha is passionate about fitness—especially running (from Zone 2-3 to 4-5 training)—and loves long beach walks followed by cold dips, reading voraciously, and exploring the intersection of creativity and social change.
