Alaina is driven by a need to understand how people, systems, and processes work and is passionate about leveraging that information to create positive, collaborative, inclusive experiences.

This drive has manifested in various ways - first in managing a boutique art hotel on Kiawah Island, SC; next on a 9,000-mile road trip around the US and a startup hedge fund investing in volatility in Austin, TX; then Alaina spent several years working in the education space in Durham, NC, both with study abroad programs and with the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program. Alaina currently leads the Experience Team, working to create consistent magic in the details for all who interact with Unreasonable.

When she's not traveling, you can find Alaina covered in dirt in her garden, on her yoga mat, swimming in the closest source of water or thrifting anything and everything.
