Shaped by formative experiences in humanitarian aid, community development, and the performing arts, Alex’s work focuses on helping organizations and their teams navigate growth and change—on their own terms. 

As the Founding Principal of Array Consulting, Alex has helped: bold entertainment companies take flight, beloved household brands break new ground, industry-transforming butcheries celebrate new standards, and balance-focused tools & technologies improve the practice of health for everyone. Central to her approach are: an unrelenting curiosity in others, an informed defiance of the status quo, and a deep appreciation for a well-laid plan.

She currently serves as an advisor to: Huddle, a company committed to giving every mom a team of experts; Aviro, a South African design company working to improve experiences in the healthcare industry; Chorus Meditation, a community-centric meditation company; and Raise for Good, an impact consultancy at the intersection of social good and tech.

Alexandra holds a degree from Wellesley College in political science.
