Our goal is to increase employment rates and bridge the skills gap by providing individuals the tools they need to find and keep careers with purpose, prosperity, and growth. We get there by providing community stakeholders, educators, and employers the tools they need to grow-with and respond-to the current economy. The Workbay platform is designed to assist the entire workforce eco-system, bringing together employers, job seekers, students, educators, and community stakeholders to share workforce resources and opportunity on one common database, strengthening a community’s ability to thrive economically.
