Alice is passionate about children's play and their well-being. Play is one of the key ingredients to a healthy childhood. Alice has designed and implemented early childhood intervention programs to support children and their families living in industrial zones and urban slums in Asia. Prior, she was a teacher educator, building the professional capacity of teachers in Toronto and Hong Kong. Alice has Ph.D from the University of Toronto/ OISE. Currently, she is the CEO of Playright, HK. She represents Hong Kong at the International Play Association (IPA) and the Asia-Pacific Regional Network for Early Childhood (ARNEC), and is also an early childhood advisor to philanthropic foundations.
