Fulgham has been an International Development Policy, Planning, and Operations Executive successful at leading United States government development policy & humanitarian assistance. He's advised the Secretary of State, National Security Council, Congress and Office of Management and Budget on leading organizational change for effective results. He is a seasoned senior executive who excels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and executes complex operations in culturally diverse and challenging settings. He possesses proven negotiation skills in emerging markets with a history of devising clear transactional models for growth strategies. Alonzo currently leads the global business initiatives of Galileo Energy Partners (GEP), BV. As president, he provides Galileo with strategic and operational leadership across the full range of business, infrastructure, trading and development services in the key area of electric power generation in West Africa. Prior to assuming the presidency at GEP, Alonzo was the Senior Vice President for Strategy and Sustainable International Development at CH2M, an international civil engineering and infrastructure firm, from 2012 until 2015. His responsibilities there included identifying and securing new business in sustainable development, climate science and public health and security. In the key organizational role, Fulgham brought CH2M significant experience and increased market share.
