Unreasonable Fellows
Amrit Chandan
Co-Founder & CEO of Gauge19 | Founder, Keynote Speaker & Coach | Forbes 30 Under 30 | Advocate for introspection as the key to success
Amrit is an Unreasonable Fellow and Mentor. Amrit has participated in 2 programs, including Shell StartUp Engine UK 2020, and has advised over 18 Unreasonable companies.
I co-founded my first start-up in 2016; a pioneering energy storage company that revolutionised how we utilise and conserve power to minimise waste and planetary impact.
I exited Aceleron following a sale at the start of 2024 to set-off on a new chapter…
Now building a new venture in Artificial Intelligence, I’m transitioning from hands-on engineering into strategic leadership, including NED and Mentor roles for up-and-coming impact startups. Going for a second time around, I’m doing things differently.
Through my business and delivered in keynotes, workshops and coaching sessions, I’m offering-up entrepreneurial stories with vulnerable authenticity. By sharing honest reflections and practical frameworks (of my own design) to enable quality introspection or ‘data-led philosophy enquiry’, I want to guide others to avoid making my mistakes.
