Amy is the co-founder of Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, on the world's leading organization design firms. Kates Kesler was acquired by Accenture in 2020. Amy has written five books on the topic and teaches at Cornell University and the Danish Technical University. She is on the board of Educate! a non-profit based in east Africa.
