As President of Mars Snacking, Andrew overseas the world’s most iconic portfolio of snack brands. Alongside 34,000 associates, Andrew is responsible for the manufacturing of household favourites like M&Ms, Snickers, Orbit/Extra and KIND which are enjoyed in 180 countries around the world and generate $20bn in yearly sales.

Andrew believes that business can and should drive positive change which is why under his stewardship his team continues to transform the snacking category, including reimagining its approach to sustainability.

Mars is a family business and Andrew is an integral part of it for over two decades. Embracing challenges all over the world, Andrew has held several Leadership positions including roles in Europe and Latin America before settling in as President for Mars Snacking in Chicago.
