Based in New York, Andrew is currently COO of VShift, a digital strategy, design and technology agency for enterprise clients in regulated industries. Prior to this, Andrew served as the Global COO for GP Bullhound, a mid-tier investment bank and asset management company. This followed his tenure as the global COO of Fjord, an international design and innovation agency acquired by Accenture. As Managing Director and Fjord COO, Andrew worked with the founders on its strategic direction, financial and operational performance, international expansion, investments, IT, HR and Legal disciplines. On acquisition by Accenture, Andrew coordinated the integration and oversaw additional mergers and acquisitions into Fjord. Andrew was also Fjord’s North American Lead and Accenture North East's Digital Lead, coordinating Interactive, Applied Intelligence and Industry X capabilities.

 

Prior to Fjord, Andrew was Global COO of a South African mobile content and technology platform company, overseeing its international expansion, London IPO and multiple acquisitions.

 

With a legal and financial background, and having worked in investment banking, mobile technology and service design across 25+ countries, Andrew thrives on weaving together founders’ visions with investors’ growth targets, designing and delivering efficient and responsive delivery solutions with the purpose of securing successful exit/capital events.
