Unreasonable Mentors

Andrew Frost

AI-Native Operations

Andrew is an Unreasonable Mentor.
Andrew Frost helps mission-driven organizations build AI-native operating models. Over two decades he's grown teams, scaled businesses, and bought and sold companies, from early-stage startups to IBM. The common thread has been human-centric operational excellence. It grounds his work in process optimization, change management and transformation, systems implementation, and operating model design.
His approach connects mission to objectives to financials, in that order. These days that means helping teams find where the technology earns its place in the operating model and where it doesn't.
Andrew holds an MBA from Babson and a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. If he's not online, he's either hiking or in the sauna.
