For the last five years I have incubated and developed the 100% Human at Work Initiative on behalf of Virgin Unite and The B Team.

This global Network of 400 organisations (and growing) focuses on driving positive change in the world of work and driving the agenda and thought leadership to build the future of work that we want. With a key focus on collaboration and co-creation of solutions, the Network spans four continents, engaging CEO’s, Founders and HRD’s to drive change within their own organisations and to begin to develop a business voice at a policy level.

I am a passionate believer that work and business can and must have a positive impact in shaping our world, our communities and our future. As such, I have a keen focus on future of work trends and actionable ways in which to innovate and shape that future.

With a senior background in international People roles, alongside Board and Trustee roles with two charities, I have developed the 100% Human at Work Network from an idea to a global initiative, working closely with some of the best known brands in the world including Unilever, Virgin, EY, Safaricom, Salesforce, McKinsey and AIG.
