Unreasonable Mentors
Anna Min Rios
Former Secretary of State, Cambodian Oknha Association
Anna is an Unreasonable Mentor. Anna has participated in 5 programs, including Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific 2024, and has advised over 66 Unreasonable companies.
Anna grew up in the Cambodian countryside after the Khmer Rouge period, with fond memories of military bases, the older generation telling her stories under the stars, and playing in the rice fields with her cow named Star. Adopted by a Thai family at the age of 12, her Thai father taught her the ways of Asian business. At the age of 16, she opened her first company, and has since opened a range of companies - including nightclubs, casinos, restaurants, family karaoke clubs, an art dealership, a resort, and more - and until a few years ago, was responsible for 400 staff. Also a former Secretary of State, Anna is part of the Cambodian Oknha Association, which advises foreign investors who want to invest in Cambodia.
