Aruna has decades of experience in Business Strategy, Projects, Marketing and Sales in the healthcare and agribusiness sectors. She holds Master's degrees in Biochemistry and Business Management from well reputed institutions. Early years as a Scientist ingrained in her, the value of detailed planning, analysis and a methodical work discipline. Her corporate career began with a bank and she retired from a leadership position in a global agribusiness company. She has set up a medical diagnostics business from scratch and developed business plans for several new ventures, thereby gaining insights into what it takes to get a business up and running. As profit Center Head, she has created strategies, led and motivated teams to drive strong business results. Aruna is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach and undertakes advisory and leadership coaching assignments. She works closely with professionals to help enhance their performance and potential. She also serves as Independent Director on the Boards of several professional organizations.
