Drawing upon my experience as a Fortune 500 senior level executive, coach, parent, and partner who believes that leading with presence, insight, and empathy and connecting with authentic purpose is the game changer in our world, I help people and businesses heighten effectiveness, well-being and results.

I spent 20+ years in retail and wholesale at the Fossil Group, leading the Americas business unit inclusive of omnichannel wholesale sales, distributor & subsidiary markets, and in-country marketing, merchandising, analyst and operations teams. Throughout my career, I led our sales teams, Fossil Canada, digital, and new business development. The Fossil Foundation has been one way that I stay connected to my values, purpose and giving back.

I'm also a certified mindfulness teacher and coach. I believe that mindfulness transforms lives and empowers leaders to unleash creativity, insights and innovation.
