Ben's career spans the music industry, events, food & drink, hospitality, tech, wellness and sustainability. On graduating he co-founded a successful artist management company and record label, then a street-food business, then pioneering sustainable food brand Sourced Market. He ran this for ten years before exiting to co-found a wellness brand. He was COO of food tech business Sessions, creating food brands and opening food halls, restaurants and dark kitchens across the UK.

Ben consults and mentors across multiple sectors. His expertise balances strategy and execution. Ben focuses on culture and people as the foundations for success. He is highly commercial, has strong financial acumen, great experience building brands and communities and is emotionally intelligent and able to work with all types of stakeholders.
