Bettina Grab is on a mission to make climate tech mainstream and to help scale climate tech businesses through effective growth marketing. At Alder, she advises clients on developing B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales using content marketing & digital demand generation techniques. Bettina left her corporate career of 15 years to combine her expertise in B2B marketing with her passion: saving the planet. 

Bettina was previously Global Marketing Director for Europe’s largest media company, the Bertelsmann group, out of London and responsible for marketing its services business across North America, UK & Ireland, and South-East Asia.

When she’s not advising clients at Alder & Co., Bettina serves as Cleantech Open’s National Marketing Chair, as a guest lecturer for Cleantech Marketing at Presidio Graduate School, and as a mentor for Third Derivative, Terra.Do and the Unreasonable Group. Bettina loves yoga, snowboarding, and baking German sourdough bread.
