Executive responsible for B2B Cloud Services in IBM’s Cognitive Process Services division. Increased revenue from $7M to $21M the first year through operational optimization and global expansion. Lead and managed the integration of a large high-tech start-up to grow IBM’s capabilities in this space quickly growing our revenue to $100M.  Owned and successfully improved the P&L overall and on every customer contract during this period. Met with the IBM Board of Directors several times to discuss further expansion and necessary changes to the business model to ensure long term sustainability.   
Cross-industry Supply Chain Management product offering executive in IBM’s Business Process Services division. Lead the creation of a new division in IBM leveraging existing IBM internal assets for external clients. First external client signed a $4M deal which we easily grew to a client base to $50M in revenue within 18 months. Later this division would achieve over $300M in revenue supporting clients from all sectors. Provided the leadership needed to ensure privacy and security between internal IBM and the external clients. Also created all audit processes and procedures to automatically enforce privacy and security between external IBM clients. AI & Blockchain implemented to secure all financial and supply chain transactions.
Lead the creation of a payment systems offering for IBM to originally solve the internal tax, logistics and financial systems issues between applications, and later utilized this offering for external clients. Deployed payment systems to integrate legacy financial institutional systems and processes to the ever-evolving world healthcare, consumer products and manufacturing/logistics operations. Enhanced this payment systems offering to utilize Blockchain and other high-tech supply chain visibility capabilities.
