Ms. Herd oversees Pearson VUE’s North American program management team, as well as the client support specialists (CSS) and the project management office (including the global business solutions team). As the leader of our program management group, she makes certain that the service expectations of all clients are met or exceeded by her team of expert program managers. Ms. Herd has an added focus of bringing ongoing process improvement and quality assurance to the company’s growing business.

 

Ms. Herd has over 25 years of success in all aspects of program management, including marketing, development, launch, and program transition. She is also a member of Pearson VUE’s senior executive team, which is responsible for driving Pearson VUE’s business strategy.

 

Additionally, Ms. Herd is responsible for leadership of Pearson VUE’s Partnership in Innovation program, which involves evaluating, integrating, and managing vendors and their technologies to supplement Pearson VUE’s system capabilities. Her understanding of clients’ testing challenges allows her to leverage technology partners who can both meet Pearson VUE’s client needs and integrate well with our internal processes.

 

Ms. Herd possesses an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in business administration and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
