Bryan Tracy

Bryan Tracy, PhD, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Superbrewed Food, where he is pioneering fermentation-derived ingredients that improve human health while building a more sustainable food system. He has led the discovery, scale-up, patenting, and commercialization of first-in-class biotechnology platforms, forging strategic partnerships with global food and ingredient leaders. Bryan also serves on the boards of the Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance and FAME, helping advance sustainable industry and expand opportunities for underrepresented populations in STEM. He also helped shape Delaware’s Pay-for-Success legislation to unlock private investment for high-impact public initiatives. Bryan is the proud father of two amazing children and husband to Melissa, an internationally recognized educator. Together, they share a passion for expanding educational opportunity and creating positive societal impact.
