Bryan Wrapp is a Director in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays and is based in New York. He is a member of the Sustainable & Impact Banking team, which focuses on corporate advisory and capital raising for companies that are providing solutions and products that address environmental issues. Bryan works with businesses across a range of industries, including agriculture and food, waste services, sustainable materials, water and circular economy.      
Bryan has worked at Barclays in Investment Banking since 2010. Prior to his current position, Bryan worked in both leveraged finance and equity capital markets, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing offerings of sub-investment grade debt and equity. He has worked on over 200 capital markets offerings on behalf of clients, including Initial Public Offerings, Leveraged Buyouts and several green/sustainability related financings. Bryan graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics.
