I have spent my entire career immersed in the power of human potential. Working with athletes training and competing to be the best, with teenage girls in Africa working tirelessly to pull themselves and their families out of poverty, and with the truly world-class teams I had the opportunity to lead, coach and develop at Nike. My Nike career was focused on building the brand on the commercial side and then building brands to empower and shift social norms for the girls in Africa.
I started Tiger for a Day to dedicate myself to coaching and working with individuals and teams across the world who have huge ambitions; people and organisations with the desire to go big, take risks and have greater impact in the world. I also am the Co-Founder of Shine for Women which is dedicated to getting more women to the top of organisations - mainly because we believe that achieving gender parity is the fastest and most sustainable way to make business more human. We've worked with 6000 women across 75 nationalities giving them clarity around their futures, confidence and resilience to get after it and a community of like-minded women to support them and hold them accountable. More and more we are also bringing men into our work and doing everything we can to rise about the complexities of many corporate diversity and inclusion conversations. At the end of the day, it doesn't have to be that complicated - it's just about being human (flaws and all!)
