Chloe is the founder and Managing Director at Prosperity Impact, an impact investing advisory firm dedicated to climate change mitigation and regenerating natural systems. She is responsible for deal origination, evaluation and execution, and helping clients to refine their impact strategies and processes. Chloe has over 13 years of experience in M&A, growth strategies and financial analysis, including valuation, due diligence, and post merger integrations. 

Originally from China, Chloe is trilingual in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and has worked in Sydney, Shanghai, London and Hong Kong where she is currently based in. She is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and holds a BComm in Finance from the University of Melbourne and is completing her MSSc in Corporate Environmental Governance at the University of Hong Kong.
