With over 25 years in the world of advertising and communications, I have spent the last decade building the Amsterdam office of Iris Worldwide, a global creative agency. Starting with 5 people in 2010 the business grew to become a full-service agency employing 55 people and winning awards for its work for global and regional brands and campaigns. With a particular interest in the start-up world, I am now focussed on helping brands and businesses deliver ideas with real impact, whether social, societal or environmental. My client experience extends across the marketing mix and ranges from startups to the world's largest brands. As an entrepreneur, I have experience of the highs and lows of starting, building and ultimately selling a business.
