Fueled by impact, a human-centered approach, and where he can learn always, Colman has spent more than 15 years creating, seeding, and scaling what works.

As a Founder of two startups, senior innovation director at Nike, and top state HIV/AIDS official in the Botswana government, Colman has worked in more than a dozen countries and also helped unlock the creative potential of others as a Design Thinking Coach at Stanford University’s d.school and Adjunct Professor at Columbia University.

Over the years, Colman has architected numerous products from concept to scale, including an empowerment program to reach every 12-year-old girl in Rwanda, a £21M multi-donor multi-country accelerator, and a youth-driven media platform reaching more than 30 million people across 52 countries in 17 languages.
