For over 25 years, Cris has played a pivotal role in helping organizations attract, recruit, onboard, develop, retain, and—most importantly—engage top talent by fostering high-performance environments where people feel valued and empowered to thrive. Her work is grounded in the belief that when people flourish, businesses do too.
Cris has served as Chief People Officer for multiple companies and held leadership roles at Victorinox Swiss Army, Waterworks, and Madison Square Garden. For the past decade, she has worked with Walker portfolio companies, supporting both people and operational strategies during key phases of growth and transformation.
In her work with leaders, Cris takes a highly collaborative and tailored approach—developing and executing people strategies that align with each company’s values and goals. Her expertise spans talent management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, culture, payroll, and employment practices. More importantly, she helps leaders build trust, strengthen teams, and shape intentional cultures that can support both performance and well-being.
Cris holds a Master’s in Psychology and is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor—bringing a unique, whole-person perspective to leadership and team development. Her approach integrates the strategic with the human, helping organizations grow not just in size, but in depth, alignment, and resilience.
