Cynthia is an Unreasonable Mentor.
I'm interested in how good ideas can deliver scalable impact — especially for the people and places most often overlooked. I've spent the last two decades moving between founder mode and large-company innovation work. In 2010, I founded Wello, a social venture whose WaterWheel — a 50-liter rolling water container — has reached over a million people across six countries. I then spent nine years at Amazon as an Entrepreneur in Residence, working on new product concepts in sustainability, consumer water, and responsible AI. I am now in stealth, working on energy-efficient cooling for AI data centers.I'm a 2011 Unreasonable Institute Fellow and Aspen Institute First Mover, and hold an MBA & MS degrees from the University of Michigan's Erb Institute for Global Sustainability.
