David Rosenberg is Managing partner of NeoPrime Capital Partners focused on Kaling defense tech into the UAE and Poland . He was Managing Partner of Tau Capital, a deep-tech venture capital firm based in Abu

Dhabi. He is a serial entrepreneur and founder of AeroFarms, Inspired Growing, and Hycrete. David

was Chairman of the Board at Every and a board member at Aspire. He has been recognized as an

EY Entrepreneur of the Year, a Goldman Sachs Most Intriguing Entrepreneur, and a World

Economic Forum Young Global Leader. He has contributed to WEF councils on IoT, agriculture, and

water security, and previously served as a U.S. delegate to the B20 and a Trustee of the Liberty

Science Center. David holds a BA from UNC Chapel Hill, an MBA from Columbia, and is a

three-time U.S. National Team Fencing Champion, earning two individual silver medals.
