David leads the food and feed for NovoNutrients, a CO2 bio company that's cleanly transforming carbon dioxide emissions into high-quality, affordable alternative protein ingredients.

In 2017, David became its investor, pivoter, and CEO. David had been the sole manager of the seed fund Aquacopia, with five companies focused on aquaculture. The fund led investments into Open Blue, InnovaSea, and Futuna. Including a prior start-up, NetworkOil, that David co-founded as CTO, those six companies raised more than $250M. NetworkOil was an online industrial marketplace later renamed Network International and acquired by Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT). After graduating from Princeton, David began his career in internet pioneering general management, corporate development, and technology sales.
