Devon Leahy

As Global Head of Sustainability at L Catterton, Devon sets the private equity firm's overarching ESG and Sustainability strategy and partners with portfolio companies on their sustainability and impact strategies. Prior to joining L Catterton, Devon was Head of Sustainability at Ralph Lauren where she led sustainability and supply chain traceability for the iconic American apparel and lifestyle brand. Over her 15+ year career, Devon has worked on sustainability and impact strategies inside major corporations including Walmart and Etsy. She has also worked with leading NGOs such as the Environmental Defense Fund and the Environmental Law Institute and in government posts at the Environmental Protection Agency and on Capitol Hill. Devon holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing and an MS in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute, as well as a BA in Environmental Policy, Government and Art History from Colby College.

Devon is a proud board member of the Soil Health Institute and lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two children and a burgeoning herb garden.
