Didi Gan is a serial entrepreneur and sustainability innovator with over 15 years of experience spanning biomedical science, textile innovation, and circular economy ventures. A graduate of University of Melbourne with executive training from INSEAD’s Impact Entrepreneurship Programme in France, she has a proven track record of bridging science with commercial impact. As former MD of Maxim Technology, she led large-scale operations and R&D in antimicrobial textiles, driving over USD 60 million in innovation-led sales across multiple industries. Didi is the founder of N&E Innovations Pte Ltd and the visionary behind ViKANG, building the company from the ground up,assembling the R&D team, filing global patents, and scaling commercialization across Asia. Under her leadership, ViKANG has evolved into a multi-application antimicrobial platform spanning TUV Austria OK Compost certified food packaging, post-harvest crop protection and sustainably formulated disinfectants.She has earned international recognition, including the Cartier Young Leaders Award 2024 and Zayed Sustainability Prize 2025 from the President of UAE. She has forged partnerships with governments, agri-companies, and research institutions worldwide.
