Dr Katerina began her career 15-years ago as a geologist in the Upstream sector of the Oil & Gas Industry. Her continuous personal development journey enabled her to advance her career rapidly, completing successfully two career transitions. The first from solely technical roles to commercial and senior leadership while working for CNOOC, and the second most recent transition from the Oil & Gas to Green-Technology strat-up.

Dr Katerina is now the Commercial and Business Development Director of Clean Planet Energy, a company that is launching ecoPlants worldwide, reducing the plastic and carbon problem while producing ultra-clean fuel from plastic waste.

Overall, she is a versatile, commercially focused professional with a passion for business strategy in constant pursuit of additional knowledge and opportunity. She is committed to delivering strategic partnerships, creating a motivating culture with a vision and passion for sustainability, innovation and success. Dr Katerina holds a PhD from the University of Aberdeen and an MBA from London Business School.
